"We feel very lucky to have found John and his son Kellen when looking to down size from our previous multi-level home to our future retirement home.  After looking at modular homes and checking with other contractors, we contracted with Fairman’s Contracting, Inc.  John and Kellen took over the work from day one.  Building began the end of October on top of this windy lot we had chosen. The fellows are very dependable, never was there a lost day of work from start to finish.  They were available to discuss issues as we went along.  Were even here on Thanksgiving Day morning to get sub floor down, saying “we are not eating until later”.  They took pride in their work, as well they should, we are very proud of the work they did, and would highly recommend their work. We had NO down time waiting for supplies or material, John was always on top of things when ordering far enough ahead of schedule.  As well as letting us know plenty of time when we had to make choices, which were many.  Never did they have to hold off one job while working for material. They and their subcontractors finished up the job in good time.  Down to painting and trim work.  Kellen was the finish man, doing precision work and painting. Even though our home is on top of this windy area we have no problems with heating, the insulation that was used has worked great, as was the choice of windows, recommended by John.  Gas bill is set on a budget, year round at less than $50.00 monthly.  We consider that as the good workmanship and knowledge of the builders.  We appreciate the honesty, integrity and skill provided by these two."
